Game Day Buffalo Chicken Dip

We rarely have an NFL Sunday without this stuff on the table. It’s easy to make and usually goes quick. Serve with tortilla chips, cold beer, and sports.
Ingredients:
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
8oz Cream Cheese, softened
2/3 c Sour Cream
1 c Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 c Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 c Buffalo Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Green Onions, diced
1 c Chicken Stock
Optional: Bleu cheese, diced jalapenos, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon
STEP 1:
Add chicken breasts, chicken stock, and 1/3 c of buffalo sauce to a covered sauce pan and cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through, flipping halfway through. Let cool and dice into 1/2″ chunks.
STEP 2:
In a mixer, combine sour cream, cream cheese, onion powder and remaining buffalo sauce on medium until fluffy.
STEP 3:
Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions and chicken.
STEP 4:
Transfer to a small baking dish and bake at 400, about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
